Enhanced Customer Registration
When your customer enters the document code that appears on their invoice or statement, their customer information will be pre-populated to help streamline the registration process. Return customers can enter their username and password to view their account, or make a one-time payment if they prefer not to make an account for future use.
User-friendly Interfacing
A customer can create an account, make a full or partial payment or make a quick one-time payment as well as view, print, save, and pay a statement/invoice online. You can allow customers to update mailing and e-mail addresses, change passwords and select document delivery preferences. As a result, your customer records will stay more up-to-date, and you’ll have access to additional metrics and reporting.
Highlighted Promotions and Announcements
With mySecureBill®, you can include up to five scrolling advertisements on the secure customer portal site and increase your marketing opportunities. Design your ads to include logos, icons, pictures, graphics or text and use them to highlight current promotions, offers, or important announcements. When your customers click on an ad, they can be directed to a PDF, website page, or form.
